<p>By definition, a secured credit card is a type of card which may either be a VISA or MasterCard. This this type, you have to deposit an amount to fund your card so you can use it. <p>It may sound bad at first but at least you can be sure that what you will only spend will depend on what you have in your secured credit card issuing bank. This type of credit card also had a virtually low interest rate which is aimed at helping your bad credit status recover.</p>
<p>Your credit limit will always depend on how much fund you have deposited in the bank. That will be your personal credit line. It also means the more you deposit a bigger amount, the more your credit limit increases. If you do not have funds, you can&#8217;t use it. This enables you to control spending power of your credit card which is a good thing to help you avoid getting plunged further from credit ad eventually help you recover from bad credit status.
